Self-Pay
All sessions at Log Pose Counseling are $170 per session. Various reduced rates are also available on a limited basis. Please inquire for availability.

Insurance
Log Pose Counseling is in-network with most insurance companies, including:
Aetna, Ambetter, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente - Georgia, PeachState Health Plan, Oscar, Oxford, UHC, and WellCare.
Be sure to inquire directly with your insurance company to confirm coverage and cost. Ask about coverage for CPT codes 90791 and 90837.

Out-of-Network
Should Log Pose Counseling be unable to accept your insurance plan, we can offer a Superbill.
This means you would pay the self-pay rate up-front, I would provide a document called a Superbill that shows that you paid for services and that services were rendered, and you'd submit it to your insurance company.
Every insurance company is different, but it is highly likely you will be reimbursed by your insurance for most or all of the money you paid towards a session.
